Great people to deal with. Although I no longer own my Nissan, I will never forget how great the people were to deal with here.
My husband and I went to test drive one particular used vehicle and ended up looking at other options. Jennifer was simply amazing and incredibly patient with us. Chatham Nissan is one place i will never be returning. I came here on Aug 18 2025 to simply have an oil change and a muffler inspected. The truck did not even make it into the shop before they said "they dont do exhaust work" but as mentioned it was a inspection to see if it needed work not for work to be done but they refused. I left and once i returned to pick up the truck after the oil change i was stopped by a mechanic in the parking lot and he told me there were issues like leaking oil, antifreeze then transmission flui... read more
