UPDATED REVIEW: JANUARY 2026 Good sales department, terrible service department. Back then they would upsell me on things that I didn't need and now when I set up service appointments, either they don't do a thorough inspection of cars or they don't even bother ordering the part before the day of a scheduled service. One day I even asked them about it and I was given a rude response by a service advisor by saying, "I don't have an answer for that." Great, fast and easy. Wasn't happy to find out our trade in had 10,000 + in claims on it. Was never told when we had bought it from another car lot. Thanks Nissan for letting us know. Can't wait to get my new vehicle
