My wife Bought new Nissan kick in January went in for it's first service very friendly staff
After going to several different dealers in Windsor and Chatham I landed at Chatham Nissan and thank God I did! Jennifer and Trace were amazing and the experience was fantastic. And I love my new Kicks!
I tried to find out why they charge 626 as a dealership vehicle fee and on one at the dealership can give me a brake down why this way. I went on line to ask the same question, but everytime I asked they refured me to someone else and after 15 minutes and 3 people I gave up. This is a screen shot of the issue!!!
The customer service continues a decline here. Discussing anything is awful, they don't want to hear, find an excuse why the repair isn't covered but some folks have warranties, maybe check that first. Parts and Service should know which customers have extended warranties. It's just not a smooth process, every change is to benefit the business not the customer.
