Went in to look at a 2017 Navigator we weren't able to get the deal across the finish line. After a little back in fourth I was offered a finance option that would have been financially devastating so we looked at a cash option I offered them 17k but they said we were too far apart overall ive had worse experiences at dealerships. And who knows maybe yall will get 20k for that thing at the dealer auction but I got a feeling thats not how its going to go down .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Unfortunately on 7/29/2026, I had to tow my car to Chatham Parkway Toyota because my car wouldn’t start. In the process, Watkins Towing Company lost my keys. Chatham Parkway had my car started on 8/01. I know this because on 08/01/2026, I walked straight through heir service bay and retrieved items from my car. My car was kept unlocked the whole time it was at the dealership. Chatham Parkway kept my car until 8/03. Throughout the whole process, I was not updated.
