BEWARE OF THIS MOTOR TRADE!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I never write reviews but in this one instance I had no choice but to. I will keep this review short as possible. I travelled 2hrs by train to purchase a vehicle namely a Toyota auris in the beginning of January the 4th. 35 days later the car went into limp mode, showing the EML(engine management light) which then I couldn’t drive the vehicle. 18 months ago I've bought blue ford focus 1.5tdci with just 59k miles on the clock which initially looked too good to be true, when checked history using Carvertical all added up, I know some clever owners/sellers drop few k miles before each mot so records appear genuine. Since purchase I've covered 80k miles without major issues (fingers crossed) and based on my experience I can strongly recommend this garage.
