As a bride, client and renter I am super dissatisfied and disappointed with the professionalism of the owner of the event space, Tom Roberts. I would not recommended anyone conducting business with him. We are still due a refund, he failed to meet multiple promises, failed to uphold contractual obligations, did not meet with us the entire wedding weekend or respond to make sure we had a key and access to the space, and we have not heard from him since the wedding (over three weeks ago).
