I recently found out I was pregnant and was having bad cramps, as a first time mom I was stressed and most importantly scared. I went in on dec 13,2025 i waited 5 and a half hours. I had to use the washroom 3 time during my wait time, when they brought me back they asked for a urine sample. (You would have thought they would have gave me a cup for the sample during that 5+ hour wait so they could get it tested during that time. This hospital is terrible.. In fact the whole ck health alliemce are not good places. Last night I was up all night just trying to get my daughter seen by a doctor as she was experiencing extreme chest pain. We went into Wallace burg at 4 am and was triaged around 4:30 we were the only people in that waiting room until 7 am.. We didn't see anybody come or go at all. We didn't see a nurse, we ended up leaving at quarter to 8 because there was no end in sight, nobody checked in with us or anything. I would suggest avoiding thi... read more
