Long wait time (around 9 hours) in emergency for a cough. I understand it’s a busy environment, but the experience felt dismissive. The advice given was very minimal. Hoping for better patient attention in the future. Staff seemed more focused on personal conversations. hope patient care and communication can be improved.
Go to any other hospital. They have a bunch of different doctors with different opinions. They can not seem to agree on treatments and will change treatments when a new doctor rolls through. No matter if it effective or not. Also brought my mother flowers on mothers day and the staff started complaining about the smell of flowers, I had to take them home. Meanwhile some doctors have so much cologne on it burns the nose. They were my mothers favorite flowers and she was a few days away from passing away. I could go on but jus... read more
It's ok but only If your ok waiting 8 hours to get your broken hand checked. Yeah you could drive all the way to Sudbury before you get a cast on your hand. And they don't even fix it most of the time other kids get a spraind ancle and they have crutches but I just have a " just give it some time and it will heal." Not the words I want to hear when I was just waking up my neighbors from my screams and wasting my moms Gas.
Took my Aunt with special needs for surgery and the nursing staff was amazing. Calm and reassuring, made sure to speak with her directly and then me. Professional and caring.
My son went in with a bad allergic reaction after trying shellfish, he has sat in the E.R. for over 4 hours now without so much as a doctor, or a nurse visitinig to check on him, or any kind of medication to help with his swelling and rash. I have seen better care at a drug outreach program in a state below the mason Dixie line in the United States and thats saying something. Do better! Smgdh...
