They are great most of the time but they need to get an answering machine.i understand they are busy but i shouldn't have had to waited in a que for 25 minutes only to get a message saying they where busy and to call back later then have the call disconnected.
My husband was registered on Healthcare Connect to get a family physician. It was after 7 years he finally got a call that he was appointed Dr. Workman in Wallaceburg and needed to complete the forms. He did and returned them promptly (so excited to FINALLY have a family physician). He was told not to call the office, that they would contact him for a meet and greet. It’s too bad the phone lines make you wait while there are no calls ahead of you. You need to keep calling back. Still no answer terrible waiting game
