They are great most of the time but they need to get an answering machine.i understand they are busy but i shouldn't have had to waited in a que for 25 minutes only to get a message saying they where busy and to call back later then have the call disconnected.
My husband was registered on Healthcare Connect to get a family physician. It was after 7 years he finally got a call that he was appointed Dr. Workman in Wallaceburg and needed to complete the forms. He did and returned them promptly (so excited to FINALLY have a family physician). He was told not to call the office, that they would contact him for a meet and greet.
