My husband was registered on Healthcare Connect to get a family physician. It was after 7 years he finally got a call that he was appointed Dr. Workman in Wallaceburg and needed to complete the forms. He did and returned them promptly (so excited to FINALLY have a family physician). He was told not to call the office, that they would contact him for a meet and greet. The staff are lazy and rude
It’s too bad the phone lines make you wait while there are no calls ahead of you. You need to keep calling back. Still no answer terrible waiting game
Called this morning to ask a fairly simple question and the receptionist was rude. She was very short with me and impatient. Not a patient yet but I hope this is not an indication of how I will be treated.
