I called to get a few simple questions answered. I was told I was being transferred to the doctor so I was put on hold for half and hour then when someone did take me off hold says are you waiting for someone then I waited another 20minutes to be transferred this is an absolute outrage.
Amazing Nurses, Practitioners, Assistants and Physicians. Very kind people who care.
I miss Dr. Stephen Jones from thamesville. He was a truly great Dr. All the young snobs now think they're on the same level as say University Hospital surgeons. They just know better than whatever you're telling them. "Come back in 4 - 8 weeks" if these plocebo's we gave you don't work. How is that an acceptable response to anyone young or old?
