Beautiful location in Chatham within walking distance to beach and main part of town with restaurants. Service = excellent, attentive and friendly staff. Food can only be described as Amazing and creative, as where the drinks crafted by the bar!
We would rate the service excellent at Chatham Inn. Staff was friendly and professional during our 6 night stay. Breakfast was very good and the waitstaff were superior. We did not try the highly rated restaurant because it didn't seem to be good value based upon appetizers we had in the bar. Upon check-in, communication about amenities and how to operate the air conditioner was not good. Had a wonderful uplifting experience dining at Cuvee. Turned our trip around after an incredibly poor experience at Chatham Bars Inn.
We recently had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. The accommodations and location were perfect. From booking to the stay the team was extremely helpful. We feel in love with the luxury and Chatham charm of the inn. The grounds are flawless. We dined as well multiple times at the inn and the food was out of this world. This was our second stay here, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. A big thank you to Rafael at the front desk for being warm and professional. He made everything easy and enjoyable. We also want to highlight Dana from the dining team, whose friendly and attentive service made our last breakfast memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
