This was our second stay here, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. A big thank you to Rafael at the front desk for being warm and professional. He made everything easy and enjoyable. We also want to highlight Dana from the dining team, whose friendly and attentive service made our last breakfast memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to this time to highlight the world-class service of the Chatham Inn's food and beverage staff, namely the manager and a chef. After learning, in passing, that my family and I would soon be in Scandinavia, they offered a list (printed and delivered in a stamped envelope) of restaurant recommendations, two of which we tried and LOVED. Fantastic hotel. Great location. Breakfast is included in your stay and quite good. Did not try the restaurant on site, but the wine bar was nice and a great spot to grab a drink at ahead of going to dinner or to finish off a quiet night.

My three sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Cape Cod. The Chatham Inn Relais & Chateaux had excellent service …. From the check in process, the bell hops, the bar tenders, housekeepers, and wait staff. The breakfast was included every morning and it was soooo delicious. Our server, Dana, made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect - mid cape - which made it easy to visit everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this property!
