Michael Konsul’s team completely renovated our screened porch - including removing some walls, repairing others and applying stucco. It looks amazing! They were prompt, efficient and each day they cleaned up any mess. We are very pleased with the outcome and look forward to enjoying our “new” space. The price was very reasonable and I would heartily recommend Chatham Home Builders to anyone who may need a home update.
