Would be the best adult health club on the Cape if it was handicap accessible!! Hope they will change that soon!!
If you want a super premium gym with all the latest equipment, huge guys lifting 100lb barbells, and super skinny models bouncing around unlimited aerobics classes...then this is not the place for you. If however you want a quiet relaxing place to work out, that may not have the absolute newest gear, but everything is clean and well kept, than this is your spot. There is also a very nice lap pool, the staff is friendly, the hours are convenient, and it's a nice spot.
Well maintained facilities and a wide selection of equipment make for wonderful workout. The pool area was wonderful and the hot tub was a great break after an intinsive routine.
