Robin Reach is truly a gem. She has helped me with several issues regarding my mother's billing and has always been both professional and compassionate. The facility itself is also very clean and you can see that most of the staff really do care about their patients.
Chatham Health and Rehab is an amazing facility. They’re always going above and beyond for their residents. It’s always a welcoming atmosphere whenever I come in. They treat me like family.
Clean facility! All staff are pleasant and wonderful! I have no complaints!
I have to say this place was very clean!!! There was no nursing home smell! The staff was warm and very helpful and greeted me with a smile! The residents that I saw were happy and talkative for being in their later years in life! And from the cute social media pictures of the Starr this place really seems to care about their environment!
