Chatham health and Rehabilitation Center It is a very nice and clean place. My mom is there and they have done a wonderful Job with my mom!! They all are very nice and the Nurses and CNA are great too! They work very hard taking care of my mom! My mom is doing better than she was andI want to THANK YOU CHATHAM HEALTH!!!
I Martha, was a resident here from June 3rd until September 2nd 2025. I was here for care and physical therapy because of a broken leg. Much of the stay I could not put weight on the leg. Finally got a boot to wear and could stand and walk some with a walker. During all this time I was taken care off by the most wonderful people I could have ever asked for. No complaints. Thank you to all the amazing employees for being so supportive and kind to me. I highly recommend CH&R.

Chatham is a great center that is well connected to the local community. The team gave me a tour of the center this spring. The residents seemed very happy and were excited to show me the chickens that were hatching in activities. I highly recommend this place for therapy or employment.
