They ignore medication refill requests, turn their phones off before office hours are finished, and they don't respond to messages over the weekend.
I went there, and i got the treatment i needed from dr. mike. Highly recommended!!!!
Terrible service, while living 45 minutes away, I have made an appointment and both times I show up and couldn’t be seen by anyone. They have sent me a text reminder both times confirming my appointment but denied me when I showed up.
It is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone at this office, when you visit - the nurses are not busy, or on the phone, I've watched them let the phone continuously ring while my son was in the office. The doctor is great, staff is extremely lazy!
