Kim the nurse was very professional, attentive and pleasant. I felt really comfortable speaking with her. She made the process of telling a stranger personal and intimate things not stressful or weird. Thank you.
Therapist and doctors are very kind flexible hours very professional. The only sad part is that the clerk is very beyond rude.
The African American girls who answer the phones are extremely unprofessional and rude..The therapist and doctors are good at what they do. Just to get Ann Leatherman nurse to write a form for my son school with a update on his medication takes 24 hrs..That's extremely ridiculous..I called the location at 10 and it's 3:30 and the note still isn't done.. I will send the issue to cooperate..
