Phones, computers, billing systems are frequently down, sometimes it’s a combination of all three. Really annoying when you’re just trying to pay your bill. A few weeks ago I went to check out for my appointment - I couldn’t pay then since the billing system was down. They mailed me my bill, been calling for over a week with no pickup. Went in person today since it’s almost due and was told everything was down and I’d just have to try again another day.
Well kept waiting rooms, fast service, friendly staff. Came for a TB test. Better prices than some other places for that. Has resources for various things.
