Phones, computers, billing systems are frequently down, sometimes it’s a combination of all three. Really annoying when you’re just trying to pay your bill. A few weeks ago I went to check out for my appointment - I couldn’t pay then since the billing system was down. They mailed me my bill, been calling for over a week with no pickup. Went in person today since it’s almost due and was told everything was down and I’d just have to try again another day.
