They have very good exercise classes for all seniors! Very important for seniors to keep moving! I love going there, and am happy they are doing online classes right now! Trying to keep seniors engaged while we are quarantined! Thank you all!
Chatham county council on aging has been a bright spot in my mama and Papa's lives. mama and papa used to go there for lunch together until Papa graduated this Earth a few years ago. every time I come to visit Mama we enjoy going up there for socialization exercise lunch games etc. it has become family. go for a good time a good meal and lots of resources.

They offer a surprising number of free/low-cost services, activities and volunteer opportunities.
Council of Aging is the only place I have found that really helps, that have provided me with 4 hours a week of respite care for my dad, this is really the only time off I have, I am so blessed and thankful for the COA
