Bad management , grounds are gross with people living in filth . No rules being followed . Rats all around area and no cleaning being done . Our washer has not worked in 4 months and the old unit just sits in the basement broken . Not recommended to anyone !
Condo board is nonexistant, seems like they dont care. No communication what so over ao disgusted. Ww own our condo. And take care of it the best we can. Love my condo inside my sanctuary. But the grounds and common areas SUCK!!!
This place is TERRIBLE. It doesn't even deserve a Star. But had to so I could make this post. There is no management for the complex. The place is going bankrupt because of non payment since LAST YEAR. The "free heat" is being shut off in October for everyone who lives in the complexs because of non payment by the company. Not recommended for a family with kids. There is only a washer and drier for whole units in a building. It is disaster if it's broken frequently and not repaired for weeks. Roaches appear. Maintenance schedules are not informed ahead. I feel the building is not so well desined for ventilation especially during summer. Also it is barely cleaned. Most of all, the landlord is not so responsive to your requests.
