Julian at Chatham Collision and all of the team made my repair experience very easy. This was my first time having a repair and dealing with a company on my own. I started by calling them to see if they could assess my car as a walk-in the same day. They mentioned I was more than welcome to drop by at my convenience. After my car had been sideswiped, I brought it to Chatham Collision for bodywork repairs. Felipe Palacios was very professional, easy to work with, fairly priced and completed the work in a very timely manner, communicating with me every step of the way. Not only was the repair superbly done, they returned my car to me looking like it just came out of the show room- so clean, shiny, new (which is quite an accomplishment for a 12 year old car!)! What a fabulous job your staff did! I can’t thank you enough!
