Service. Oil change and tire rotation. Service has always been excellent. In fact Kennedy and Austin go above and beyond. Incredible in a world where Service is often so inadequate.
Was looking for a new vehicle, wandering around nobody asked me for help, had to find the only salesman I could see, he said his name was Jeremy. Jeremy, was passive aggressive like I was an inconvenience. Finally, he came to help me out, but he was so entitled and impatient with me, I left disgusted. I will not be back.

My 2018 Ecodiesel Ram has been in since September 8th, it’s now October 23rd. The interactions I’ve had with the service advisor have been positive but every time I call to try and get an update no one answers, I leave voicemails and my calls are never returned. I wasn’t offered a loaner and when I requested one I was told they didn’t have any.
