Reached out to John Banman to inquire about a truck that was advertised. Arranged to visit the dealership (1 1/2 hour drive away) a few days after our initial contact and bring our trade in and work out a deal. Heath and chatham chrysler were absolutely amazing from beginning to end, I got exactly what I wanted, and heath kept me informed from the day I ordered my new truck, till the day it arrived, was the smoothest transition trade in and all. Heath went over every detail of the paper work than showed me every option in the truck, and made sure I knew how to operate everything before I left, definitely would recommend this dealership and especially Heath to anyone
