Thanks Sam for persevering with my frustration and downloading a typing program that works. It’s finally done after repeatedly trying on my own.
Our business took our computer here. The business broke down our computer for parts without asking, and gave us a subpar computer replacement.
I took my elderly uncle's computer here for repair. Shop claims no fix no pay. The shop did not fix my computer. It still dies 20 minutes after being unplugged. The shop manager Sam refused to complete the repair, and did not refund us our money. I question the authenticity of these other reviews.
Great customer service and technical work. Will share with family and friends
The operator was Fast courteous and above else honest. I can not remember the last time I had all three in a service technician.
