stopped in for cocktails and snacks. it was worth it. lovely historic hotel. excellent service and tasty menu. highly recommend for that special event or celebration. we stayed here over 15 years ago on our anniversary. so glad we made a return trip.
Stopped by this renowned Inn for drinks on their lawn. Beautiful hydrangeas fill the hill up to the stately inn with brightly-colored peonies lining the walkways. Majestic views of the Chatham coves and islands can be seen from the inn, patio, and lawn. Some rooms have private balconies overlooking the ocean and private beach with cabanas for the guests. Inside, dark wood, high ceilings, and comfy seating create a feeling of laid-back vacation luxury. Highly recommended, even if just for a drink and the view.
Top tier resort presents high quality food and service. STARS restaurant is excellent.
