I have been going to Dr Gall at the Chatham Animal Hospital in Savannah for years and up until recently I was happy with him, he was always nice to me and my pets and took good care of them but then again I had only been there for either minor reasons or simple yearly check-ups and shots. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
