Sat in there for 5 hours with a massive toothache no one called my name or checked on me. 3 people walked out who had been there waiting for 7+ hours the nurses are extremely rude and lazy, seems like there's only 1 doctor on call and if so they should inform you of that so you don't have to sit there in pain for hours. All in all worst hospital this side of the carolinas
The lady at the front desk DEBBIE is the most rudest/racist person we have ever met in a hospital ! All my mom needed was a quick blood work done but checking her in with this lady was a horrible experience for her and I am mad for my mom. Asking unnecessary questions that have nothing to do with getting a blood work done , this was the 2nd time my mom has been here and the 1st time it was simple and quick . The woman who did my ultrasound today was the most disrespectful person I have met in a long time. So bad I left the hospital in tears. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they have better staff.
This is the worst hospital they will literally leave you there waiting for hours and hours in pain and not even offer a single tylenol!! Not one soul was called the whole time we waited I rather drive to chapel hill!! Then to go back to this useless hospital!!!
