I am extremely disappointed with this service. I was charged for a technician supposedly waiting 30 minutes, but he only waited 11 minutes, arriving at 8:19 am and leaving at 8:30 am and I got only one phone call for roughly under a minute at 8:28am ( I’m not sure why got charged this services because they told me if the second time I will get charge). Excellent service, from start to finish. The installation went without any issues, and we were kept informed of progress throughout. They also managed to do the job in half the quoted time! Friendly and knowledgeable team, highly recommend!
