I am extremely disappointed with this service. I was charged for a technician supposedly waiting 30 minutes, but he only waited 11 minutes, arriving at 8:19 am and leaving at 8:30 am and I got only one phone call for roughly under a minute at 8:28am ( I’m not sure why got charged this services because they told me if the second time I will get charge). Last, The second invoice claimed the technician worked for 1.75 hours , but we only got services for 28 minutes. He didn't perform any deep cleaning, and the air conditioners’... read more
