Horrible customer service. Very proactive and seems to care before closing your house. After you close is like you are on your own. Poor warranty service and most probably after calls and emails unanswered, you will end fixing the issues yourself and suing them for reimbursement. Do not close with any major item corrected or it will never get fixed.
Their designs are quite nice, not sure about the finishes though.
