The CDL manager, Lorie Fulkes, accuses homeowners without any basis. Whatever hearsay from other owners she takes into account right away without first checking it's accuracy. And she does not consult the Rules and Regulations first before sending complaint to the homeowners. She should do better than bugging homeowners without first verifying the truthfulness and reliability of any complaints.
