I'm having a really awful experience with Chateau Yering Hotel service. By the looks of it, a lot of people seem to have the same experience, according to the reviews. I've spent 400 dollars on a voucher. The Code they gave me for the voucher doesn't work. I was also disappointed because the voucher doesn't contain the message I wrote on it. I tried calling. I liked the charm of the place but be warned - if something happens after reception hours that you need help with, you're really on your own. There is an after hours reception number but they are interstate and if the on-call staff who are supposed to help don't pick up their phones...well it's really just 'too bad, so sad'. Really disappointing and it really impacted negatively on my stay.

Wow! From the moment we walked in just astonishing! Old world charm and grandeur. Ann on reception was lovely and helped us checkin easily so we could enter later after our wine tour. Rooms are huge and lots of spaces to relax and enjoy the view. Cannot wait to return!
