I lived here for many years. Management has always exceeded my expectations. But the new manager is far over the top. She has always look out for the best ways to make Residents feel like they are home. Anything that needs to be fix she is on it. Poor street parking, high traffic area. Limited resident parking. Horrible noise when it's firework's season. A fair amount of crime in the area.
THEY DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT! I encountered them in April 2024, as soon as they received the holding deposit and application fees, they stopped answering calls and emails. I disputed the amount through the bank, but the company's managers admitted guilt and the bank closed the dispute. I wrote to the company again, but they seemed not to know about it.
