The management of Chateau Springs Gardens Apartments are useless. When you complain about the upstairs neighbors they are completely useless. All the management there should be replaced. If you expect a full refund on your deposit good luck with that. They will charge you a $250.00 cleaning fee no matter what. All they care about is the money they put in their pockets. My experience at Chateau Spring Gardens was great! The maintenance department was always quick to come help out with services, the front office was always quick to respond, and I had a great community around me. I definitely recommend this complex to future residents!
Great experience. I lived all around the country for work and by far this is the best property management I’ve dealt with. Jessica and Bobbi are very attentive. Very aware of needs of the community. Keeps it safe and clean. Any problems whether it’s maintenance or lawn care they are the best team. I’m happy to be here!
Neighbors were amazing. Management and maintenance team were always professional and responded in a timely manner to my needs. it is also conveniently close to transportation, restaurants, and coffee shops.
