Neighbors aren’t friendly at all. From early morning to late at night either someone is making noise or cooking something rancid that you can smell coming from your vents such as the kitchen and bathroom. When you first move in, they probably treated the unit but until a few months in, the GERMAN ROACHES start appearing and no matter what you try doing, they’ll overtake your unit quickly.
