Dark rooms, food wasn't good I went to an event at Chateau Ritz, and the room was dark or dimly lit; it looked very little like the pictures on their web site, which shows crisp-looking, bright rooms and gorgeous views of gardens from the rooms. Great experience We had our wedding reception at the Chateau Ritz in 2004 and everything was wonderful. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. they went out of their way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it and helped us to make it that way. People still talk about the amazing sweet table they presented at the reception. We couldn't have asked for more they really went out of there way for us and I would use them again for a another occasion.
