My parents lived at Chateau Pacific and felt welcomed and “noticed”. Whenever I visited, I was treated like family and I know my parents were treated the same way. For them, the activities were “just enough”, they stayed as busy as they wanted to without it being overwhelming. My Dad was a veteran and they honor them with a nice wall of photos. The staff are excellent at remembering little details about their residents. I feel comfortable recommending Chateau Pacific to anyone.
Retirement is touted to be a great reward for your life's work – a gentle slide into the golden years of leisure. But it also represents one of life's greatest challenges when familiar places and routines are replaced by new surroundings, new people and the offer of new activities. Chateau Pacific has an incredible home-like atmosphere of belonging and warmth. The value this community offers its residents is exceptional: housekeeping, culinary, activities, maintenance, and care are all excellent.
Our mom has had a lot of tremendous change recently and the team at Chateau Pacific has been so great. The facility is so nice. Clean and comfortable, welcoming and warm. We have been impressed with every team member but standing out is the new Concierge Manager, Belle. She has been proactive (!!), caring and just wonderful to work with. It gives me such comfort knowing so many good people have eyes on the residents but Belle is special, what a wonderful addition!!
I recently toured Chateau Pacific and left feeling really good about the experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient while answering our questions. The facility felt warm, well cared for, and the installations and details throughout were super clean and professionally done. You can really tell the staff genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do.
