We've lived here in our fifth wheel since January. They made us pay a double deposit on the spot. The first week we kept tripping the main breaker box outside because it was old, outdated and not strong enough to run a fifth wheel. Even tho we were told the spot was ready for our trailer. After a week of asking for it to be fixed and waking up to 30 degrees in our house, we had to fix it ourselves. They wouldnt even respond to our messages and when we did actually speak to someone, we got the brush off. They did reimburse us... read more
I live at Chateau Park. Nice sized lots and a great park with swings and other stuff for kids to enjoy. They maintain it well all year round and have a great office staff. Highly recommend if they have available spaces.
