Quiet and clean park. Nice managers I moved here a few months ago and I am very happy.
Corporate management sucks.
The whole park is spotless! My friend who lives there is very happy with the managers and all the neighbors.
It's a nice place. Management is good. I think the rent space is a little high especially when I paid the exact same rent in a small travel trailer that people are paying for double and single wide mobile homes. That's the biggest complaint I had living there. I am from the Camp fire in Butte County and I feel like they were taking advantage of the fire victims as we needed somewhere to live and try to start over with nothing.
