What is the deal with this place? I have been calling for three days no one picks up the phone the line just cuts out. I try to book a room and spa appointment (on multiple computers) and it keeps giving me an error message saying there is no service provider available? Did this place shut down or go out of business or something? it looks great I want to book an appointment but can't reach them at all
It was a nice place but I expected more
Never been and I stayed at a lot of motels in the Boston/New Hampshire area and this place in my mind was Fantastic,the cook,(best steak)bartender (incredible drinks) and especially Emily (front desk) amazing staff and the rooms and food are the best I had in years ,very beautiful inside out ,spotless ,and just as cheap or even cheaper than any place in the area ,the pool and the whole place was spotless and the design and decor was excellent,every time I come up to the area , that's where we will be staying 100 percent!!! Rodents in walls, television not working, tub not draining to tub not holding water, inconsistency with daily maid service ( coffee not replenished, no sugar only sometimes , 2 complimentary daily water sometime go it other days did not , safe not working, piece of paper in my cocktail. I brought this all to the staff and the general manager before writing this review. It one issues was ever resolved to rectify the problems in my 3 week stay in the past 5 weeks.
