We stayed in 302 and it was just ok. The unit had an overwhelming and unpleasant smell when we arrived that lingered throughout the entire week. The unit itself wasn't cleaned very well prior to our check in; dustbunnies throughout and rugs needed swept. And the bed was the worst! Just a hard mattress on top of a piece of wood placed on a bed frame.
Had a great time, very quiet! Parking is close and available for every unit. You can't beat the veiw. Plus the city just installed a new beach walk that reaches all the way to the sand.

Re: Condo 201 ..5 stars for the view 2 stars for the condo. When we first entered the condo it has a strange smell of fish. I could get pass the smell , but the sheets had hair on them and didn't seem clean. I went to Walmart and bought new sheets. The owner did reimburse us for one day and the sheets. Overall, the condo needs some updating. I guess you get what you pay for. FYI. There is one rusty washing machine and dryer for the whole condo building on the 1st floor.
