Apartments are very clean and well maintained, also the owner maria is very responsive and resourceful.
Owner responds quickly. These apartments are well managed and quiet.
This quiet and handsome community is run by a resourceful and amiable local educator. I was able to view a couple of units and choose my favorite. No unnecessary frills such as game room that you'd find at expensive big city complexes. Very convenient central location on Madison's hilltop, just blocks from the CVS, King's Daughter's urgent care, Dollar General, Hos Coffee, First Financial, Burger King and many other businesses. The owner of these apartments has a really bad attitude problem, and threatened one of my friends with towing their car for no reason, even though he was parked LEGALLY and just here to visit me. She immediately got rude with him as soon as he parked, and it's very obvious she has a racist issue because she only said something to him, and no one else.
