Wonderful place to live in! Safe area, open gym, open pool, and inside parking! Roe is a very careful, admirable manager. She's always on top of what she does! Cool person to speak with. Martin the maintenance guy as well a good hard worker that's professional in what he does. I have to say ever since we moved here (5 years ago) we really appreciate living in one of the most comfortable places in the San Fernando valley. Hate to have to leave but love to have to go in a peaceful manner thankyou!
The scenery outside is very nice and the manager is very sweet and has a bubby personality. The enviroment and society is also very healthy. Staff are nice and always greet you with a smile. The apartments themselves are very clean and up to date. Theres a pool thats cleaned frequently and laundry room is also kept to date. Overall 10/10.

I usually come to visit my dad every year and I honestly love these apartments.......they have a great look(beautiful) especially on the outside.......my friends admire them too and love the space.....you have plenty of space to do all you want and inaddition to that, a balcony.....I can't wait for my family to come over....It feels just like home and I don't feel like changing to look for another apartment......the Manager is simply the best.....very approachable, good at problem solving and meets clients needs....she gives... read more
I have lived here for 14 years and no complaints. It’s a clean and quiet environment. Anytime I have a maintenance request our manager Roe and our handyman Martin are on it. I am really happy to be part of this community.
