I’m out of state trying to find a place and the Community Manager was so sweet! Snowball is adorable and I anm excited to keep moving forward with Lakeside Apartments!
There is a nice courtyard in the center with a cozy feel, management is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is very quick to look into any issues.
The manager and staff here are amazing at what they do. They are very caring and helpful and always making sure the apartment complex is clean and beautiful. A shout out to Ms Williams and Martin for their huge efforts on keeping the complex great
I’ve lived at Chateau Lakeside apartments for about 8 years and it’s been one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Apartment manager keeps building clean and addresses any maintenance issues right away. Roceania (apt manager) brings festivities and events to our community. Makes a great way to socialize with other tenants and ultimately brings everyone closer.
Wonderful place to live in! Safe area, open gym, open pool, and inside parking! Roe is a very careful, admirable manager. She's always on top of what she does! Cool person to speak with. Martin the maintenance guy as well a good hard worker that's professional in what he does. I have to say ever since we moved here (5 years ago) we really appreciate living in one of the most comfortable places in the San Fernando valley. Hate to have to leave but love to have to go in a peaceful manner thankyou!
