First of all the Music is very loud on some days, water line leaks. It stinks really bad in the whole community...on New Year's eve every year the same people on both main corners burn rubber with their cars revving the engine up. Pipes are always bursting, breaking, water line leaks. First thing there is lots of marijuana smoking/smell every single Day ..This place has went downhill since it went to an all family community my guess around 20 yrs ago, Must've been multiple owners, this also use to be a pretty quiet place..Some people live here that are felon, sexual predators or God knows what.
