I would not say this is the best place to live or the worst.. At times there is loud music or Get together's, Most lots are being bought out only for specific people that live within the Community already. Although it can be quiet at times and loud at times, mainly music or loud talking that can be disturbing.

There is one street that constantly plays music very loud, Christmas & New Years it gets louder in the night, they do Fireworks landing on top of your roof at night in the community, (fire hazard) riding dirt bikes, mopeds playing loud music. Speeding in out of the community, it smells like Marijuana all the time and sewage all the time. There is No respect that you do have neighbors who have to work the next day..... Rent is constantly going up with different fees every year..

This is truly a great place to live. I genuinely appreciate the manager and the consistent effort she puts into making improvements and addressing concerns. Especially during these challenging times, with the economy being so unpredictable, it’s reassuring to see someone who truly cares and is doing her best to keep things running smoothly. Playing loud music at night in the community, riding dirt bikes, mopeds playing loud trible music. Speeding in out of the community, smells like Marijuana And sewage all the time. Animal hoarders, old Furniture sitting out on lots trash, grown-up lawns with trash on lots. Big piles of dog crap everywhere.
