I was in need of an elevated toilet seat. I was unsure about which design would fit our toilet. Luis offered to bring it to us & if it didn't fit he would simply return it with no charge to us. Luis delivered the seat to us within minutes of my call to them. He installed it & thankfully it fit. Service was impeccable & the price was reasonable for what appears to be a very high quality, sturdy seat. Chateau & Luis are terrific !!!
