Great place to live. Nice people great management .
I moved here august thinking it was a safe and well managed area until my car was stolen from my garage in November. The management didn’t want to give out the footage to me saying she is protecting other tenants privacy at 3 am and when she gave me it was the wrong footage. Heard other stories from Other tenants seems like there are a lot of crimes has happened in the past but the management doesn’t want to address anything. It might be organized crime crime in this building so be aware if you are moving into this building.... read more
Lived there for 2 years a couple of years back. Horrible. On-site Management non-exsistent. Neighbor smoked which made it impossible to open/use patio. Whole apartment stunk of smoke. Noisy. Got robbed by someone with Master Key and was never offered compensation, only increased rent. Others were robbed too during 6-12 month span. Ownership/management changed monthly, probably so I couldn’t sue. Left apt cleaner than first arrived, they still took deposit. Scam. Stay away!
Dottie Hubrich is the best apartment manager I've ever had. Not only is this an ideal and wonderful place to live, the value for the rent paid is truly phenomenal. She'll work out any problem you have and make sure that it's resolved in style! Love this place, love the management, and I couldn't be happier.
