I found Jeff and Diane on the Facebook Marketplace, and after reviewing their Google reviews, decided to schedule a consultation to get a shutter quote. I didn't know at the time that Jeff and Diane have both left themselves Google reviews, which should be reserved for customer experiences. A month or so after getting a quote from Jeff, Diane called to tell me that the price of the shutters would be going up, so I should go ahead and order to get the pricing I was quoted. Scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come on a Friday at 6. Called earlier that day to confirm with Jeff. At 6:30, still no sign of him! Tried calling him & the office with no answer. It's now Sunday (2 days later) still No contact from with Jeff or the company! Bad business!
Incredible Service. My wife called and scheduled a on-site review, the professional and courteous staff was on-time and exceeded all our expectations. The blinds turned out great. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
We are very pleased with our new shade for our office window. It blocks the sun but still allows us to see out. The service by Chateau Blinds was superb and we would highly recommend them.
