I purchased a Mercedes A-Class 220d from Chastons Motor Company today. We filled in an online form as they were closed, I received a call the following morning to discuss the car. The guys we spoke to were honest and helpful throughout the process. Craig kindly came in on a Sunday for us. Thank you 🙏🏽
Honestly, these guys are brilliant! Enquired on Thursday, saw the car Saturday, and picked it up Tuesday couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So easy to deal with, super friendly, and everything just felt right. Would 100% recommend Chastons to anyone looking for a new car!
Chastons were amazing when I purchased my new car from them. I was financing the car and they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and had it all ready to go for me to come and take a look at it and take it for a spin. When I went to collect it, Craig stayed behind after hours to wait for us to arrive as we were stuck in traffic and even went out to sort out the tax as we weren’t going to make it on time to do so. Brilliant service and I’m absolutely loving my new wheels! Cannot recommend them enough
