I have used this company three times in the past 15 months and they have never disappointed me. Their service is above and beyond what I would have expected.
Eric and his guys are THE BEST!! We'd never call anyone else.
They showed up not prepared at all. They didn’t have a shovel so we had to go find one. All they did with the shovel was dig a shallow hole and then covered it back up and told us they could continue digging but just the digging would cost us $500. We told them we would get it dug. So they said “well that will be $115, call us if you need us after you get it dug” Now we are left with a clogged toilet, tub and sink.
They were up front about the cost, completed the work in a timely manor. Very polite.
