Don't rent from them. They will take your application fee then tell you a property isnt available. The listing are not kept current on their website. Staff will cancel showing the day of with an excuse that a home is not ready to view. They require an ESA from a local doctor and will not accept anything from an online telehealth provider even if they are licensed.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company will tell you a home is available so you apply then tell you it isn't available but your application can be used to apply for other properties within 30 days. I asked about 3 places that were listed as available on their website. All 3 were not in fact available. When I called the office back after speaking to the individual property managers I was told about a home that was not listed yet. My residency at Flatrock Square II Apartments, managed by Chastain Properties, began in January 2024 and concluded in November 2025.
