Be very cautious before applying here. They’ll happily take your application fee, then later tell you they don’t accept cats or dogs over 25 lbs. That’s information that should be made clear upfront, not after they’ve collected your money. On top of that, the properties are not well-maintained, and the management is not very helpful when issues come up. Lived here for a few years now. Natasha always makes sure that what needs to be done, gets done. She always follows up to see if everything went well. Now that is great property management. It shows that are concerns are heard. Had a maintenence request that went past normal working hours last week and her maintence team stayed to make sure I was taken care of. Worst property company in Columbus. The tenants that pay rent there monthly get punished bc the company can’t keep homeless out. They lock the dumpsters and expect the tenants to keep trash just in there buildings. Water is included in the lease until they feel you use to much then they lock the water up. Company does not care about anything other than getting there rent.
