Worst property company in Columbus. The tenants that pay rent there monthly get punished bc the company can’t keep homeless out. They lock the dumpsters and expect the tenants to keep trash just in there buildings. Water is included in the lease until they feel you use to much then they lock the water up. Company does not care about anything other than getting there rent.
I have been living in Chastain apartment for many years and I just wanted to leave a review about maintenance. I had a young gentleman come take care of some maintenance issues that I had and was upmost, respectful, and took care of everything I needed so I just wanted to leave a review to thank maintenance that takes care of us over here at Essex. Thank you Chastain for all that you have done. Especially the new maintenance crew, look forward to many more years
Most disgusting slumlords I have ever seen in my life. They consider a RAT infestation that’s FULLY ON THE PROPERTY AND NOT THE TENANTS not an emergency issues. 20+ rats in less than 2 months and no kind of help or support.
I’ve lived in the same apt for 13 years. Have had issues with getting maintenance work done/completed. Chastain brought a new maintenance guy over (Eric?) . He has come in and fixed whatever issues I’ve had very quickly, and if something still wasn’t correct, he came back and fixed/resolved the issue quickly!! Kudos to Chastain and the new maintenance crew!!
Latoya was so helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. She was very honest with us at every turn. Couldn't have asked for better help!
