Great service, I called Chastain plumbing for some issues with our drains, which were symptomatic of a pending failure. Their technician Dallas fixed the drainage issues and ran a scope to find the root cause. He was professional and walked us through the issue and potential fixes. More than fair pricing, and they were transparent about the whole process. Thanks to Chastain plumbing, we're able to make an educated decision on moving forward with the larger repairs.
Dallas and Connor just finished installing a new Rheem 50Gal. gas water heater. Both of these gentlemen were Awesome!! They arrived at the scheduled time and had my old heater out and the new one installed in record time? They both were very knowledgeable , friendly and courteous !
