good experience. tricky with parking.
I attended the Rob Thomas concert in August. Despite the weather being miserable, I had a great time. The acoustics are surprisingly good for an outdoor venue. The small seating area made the performance feel very intimate. The only complaints I have is that parking was difficult and performances have to end early due to noise regulations. Other than that, I would definitely attend another concert here.

No parking spaces! The lot ran out of parking spaces over an hour early and we were forced to park in a very nice lady's yard. They wanted $30 to park. We tipped the lady $20. Sound was great? Gavin Rossdale got out in the crowd but that parking situation was so ridiculous. Live Nation handled the event, I don’t know if that matters or not.
