Karen was very helpful when our family needed health insurance.
Terrible! My auto insurance policy did not include collision coverage or uninsured motorist. I believe the agent mistakenly dropped the collision coverage. Anyone can make a mistake. The problem here is that ownership denied any responsibility whatsoever. I would never, ever recommend this “agency” to anyone. Failure to take responsibility for an employee’s mistake makes this company the worst of the worst. Absolutely zero customer service and complete ignorance abound.
