Chason Affinity has owned the church buildings at 3235 Main Street for years. The buildings are in a derelict state with broken windows, weeds, garbage, glass all over, and I would assume vermin. If they are not going to do something with the property, sell it! It is a blight on the neighborhood and I am sure Mark Chason and his wife would not want a property like that near their house on Chapin Blvd.
We don’t want your behemoth eyesore of a building in the Elmwood Village.
Boycott this shady developer for wholesale bulldozing historic homes in a National and State Historic District. Shame on these despicable people.
