I met the owner Ryan to sign the contract. At that time I gave him a voided check in order to get a monthly discount on my rent. I got a call a few days after the 1st of the month when rent was due. He called demanding a card on file since my ACH was returned. I not only work for a financial institution but I had way more than enough to cover rent in my account. He said it was on me and not him. Facility is nice! But staff are impossible to get ahold of been calling for 2 days with no reply. The voice-mail box is full so you can't even leave a message.
